SplineRouteCreator

Generates multiple AI Traffic Waypoint Routes and their Waypoints along a spline.

Inspector Buttons
Start New	Release the waypoint routes from the Spline Route Creator, and create new routes.
Refresh	Refreshes the routes based on current spline and inspector settings.

Variables
routes	Number of routes to build along the spline.
waypointFrequency	Distance percentage at which points will be placed along the spline.
defaultOffset	Position offset applied to each routes waypoints from the spline points.

Public Methods
AddPoint(Vector3)	Adds a new spline point to the end of the spline.
InsertPoint(Vector3)	Adds a new spline point between the closest 2 points on the spline.
